Job title: Tutor (PT) Company: Job description : Tutor - English and Writing (incl. SAT and ACT prep). Huntington Learning Center, the oldest and most respected learning center in the nation, is currently seeking part-time teachers to assist us in achieving our mission statement of \"giving each student the best education possible\". We are now hiring and training English/writing teachers for the fall season to perform in-center, in-person student tutoring including SAT and ACT prep. Qualifications: A state credential is preferred for all of our programs. For candidates wishing to teach SAT and ACT, a math/science or English/writing degree is required. All teachers must possess a positive and nurturing teaching style. A bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement.
