Company Overview: We are a growing property and vehicle rental business, managing three Airbnb properties and five vehicles listed on Turo. While we are out of town, we are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented assistant to help with the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb and Turo business... Job Description: The selected candidate will support the management of both our rental properties and vehicle fleet, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and clients. The role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Airbnb Management: • Be on-call to address any issues that may arise with Airbnb guests. • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams if necessary to resolve guest concerns. • Ensure properties remain in good condition and are ready for the next guest. Turo Vehicle Management: • Handle the check-in and check-out process for vehicles. • Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections, including taking detailed photos of each vehicle to document its condition. • Ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepared for guests before each rental. • Take post-trip photos upon vehicle return to verify the condition of the car. • Coordinate vehicle deliveries and returns for guests who request delivery service. Requirements: • Valid driver’s license (mandatory). • Experience in customer service or property/vehicle management is preferred but not required. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. • Flexibility to respond to issues and assist as needed throughout the day. • Professionalism when interacting with guests and clients.
