A premium boutique training firm located in the New York area is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support their robust client list. The firm creates customized solutions in the areas of soft skills, management... training, and leadership development. The Administrative Assistant will serve as a member of the Client Service Team, working directly for the Senior Instructional Designer. Primary responsibilities include tailoring existing slide decks and documents and helping to maintain our project and content management systems. This could be a W-2 or contract position for 20 hours per week. Candidate Competencies Intermediate or expert skill level in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, including templates, animations, morphs, etc. Proven ability to develop visually appealing content (samples required) Willingness to learn and adhere to the firms training design model Ability to grasp new information and technologies quickly and ask appropriate questions for greater clarity Ability to work collaboratively with Senior Instructional Designer and other team members High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities Audio and video editing skills a plus Education and Experience PowerPoint, Word, and graphic design experience Bachelors Degree preferred Current undergrad and grad students will be considered Some experience in corporate training and development a plus Candidates must also be willing to: Devote 20 hours per week (10 during normal business hours East Coast time) Work on a fully remote basis Complete a brief test of their PowerPoint skills To apply: Please send resume, cover letter, and work sample to applyforrolewestchester@gmail.com.In your cover letter, please describe your relevant experience and indicate your desired hourly rate and preference for W-2 or 1099.
