This person will serve as the initial communication point for our brand, engaging with clients and guiding them through inquiries and procedures. This role involves excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to multitask. Job Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service via chat communication channels. • Address customer concerns and queries promptly and ensure customer satisfaction. • Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously and prioritize effectively. • Record and track customer interactions in compliance with company guidelines and procedures. • Stay updated on company services and policies to provide accurate information to the clients.
