We are currently looking for a Bookkeeper to join a US-based company. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing invoices, handling payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in bookkeeping for US-based companies. Responsibilities • Manage bookkeeping for 15-20 clients monthly. • Handle 50-200 transactions per month across 2-3 accounts per client. • Reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. • Assist with tax preparation and provide monthly financial reports to clients. • Work approximately 20-25 hours per month. Qualifications • Proficient in QuickBooks, TaxDome, and TaxSlayer. • Experience with HubSpot and ClickUp for management and communication. • Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
